一组1931年 杭州及周边地区老照片，拍摄者彭德尔顿。
罗伯特·拉里莫尔·彭德尔顿（Robert Larimore Pendleton，1890-1957）是美国约翰霍普金斯大学土壤科学家和地理学教授，他于1931年至1933年来中国考察，足迹遍及现今的东北、华北、西南等多个省市地区，共拍摄了1100余张立体照片，记录了民国时期中国各地的风土人情。
彭德尔顿于1931年拍完北方一些地区到达杭州时，看样子已是冬季，他考察和拍摄了杭州及周边，留有照片56幅。
